Profile
Dr Greg Briggs graduated from the University of Sydney with honours. After an internship in Perth and post-graduate study in London UK, he returned to Sydney where he has been a staff radiologist at Royal North Shore Hospital since 1983. He is presently a Senior Staff Specialist at RNSH and a partner at North Shore Radiology (North Shore Private Hospital). Greg is also a senior lecturer at Sydney University and Notre Dame Medical Schools and has co-authored 20 radiological publications*. His award winning “Pocket Guide to Chest X-Rays” is in its second edition and has been translated into Chinese.
Greg’s main interests are chest radiology and general interventional procedures, including uterine artery embolisation for fibroids and ovarian vein embolisation for pelvic vein congestion syndrome:
